Vestax PMC-55R Flagship 4Ch Customised Rotary Mixer

The Vestax PMC-55 DJ Mixer is a superb, high-end club mixer. This was the top of the range Vestax mixer. It is very difficult to find a better mixer when it comes to the routing possibilities such as send/return on each channel. It has an incredibly accurate high-end frequency response and a wide, deep bottom end.

The PMC-55 uses high quality Voltage Controlled Amplification (VCA) chips that not only increase the life of the fader, but also give the fader a more solid response. With no less than 12 input options, including 8 top panel input options for easy access, this mixer applies some of the most amazing technology available producing some warm beautiful mixes along the way.

Japanese made with excellent components from JRC, ALPS and ELNA this mixer was built to last. Completely analogue with no digital circuitry it will continue to go on and on.

We upgraded the mixer by recreating the faceplate from 2mm thick aluminium, UV printed the original design and anodised it to protect the artwork. The channel faders were swapped to our rotary conversion kit and the crossfader was upgraded to PCV just like the ones in the scratch mixers.

All the push buttons were replaced with brand new ones from ALPS for continued longevity and the power supply was completely rebuilt to ensure another 20 years of flawless work.

The outer chassis was powder coated black to make it brand new and more resilient than before and all the 1/4” jacks were replaced with brand new ones from Jalco.
