Each channel has been thoroughly tested, switches all work perfectly and with no noise, all the RCA sockets on the back are snug and show no sign of looseness.

If you purchase the mixer from here I can perform the master out modification for free to allow you to hear the audio output of the mixer through the headphone circuit. This involves drilling a hole in the front panel to install a toggle switch.
Cosmetically the mixer faceplate is a 7/10. The faceplate has a couple of blemishes and the top left hand corner has got some plier marks where someone bent the panel back. The silkscreen print is still in excellent condition, the markings around the fader have been tidied up as most of it was worn away. New black faceplate mounting screws have been installed as well.
