The weakest point of the Technics SH DJ / DX series mixers was undoubtedly the faders, wearing away and bleeding in a little as one session.
You could install an newer fader but the mounting holes on the OG brackets were different and the stem lengths of modern faders weren’t quite long enough making an upgrade an arduous task.
We decided to improve and re-make the mounting bracket to allow you to upgrade your Technics mixer to use the standard size faders currently available such as Innofader. No longer do you have to dig out the dremel, completely disassemble the mixer and hope everything lines up.
Now you can remove the old fader and bracket, install an Innofader into our bracket and follow their instructions to wire it in to the mixers circuitry.
